Return Policy
NOTE: Purchases made through our sales/customer service team are subject to terms and the conditions listed on your Purchase Agreement.  In absence of such a Purchase Agreement, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases.
You may purchase merchandise from this Website by using any one of the payment options available on the checkout page. ProCAT reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Excepting the ProCAT writers (Xpression, Impression, Blaze, etc.), ProCAT software, training, and rolling bag/cases, you may return products purchased here for a full refund within 15-days of the shipping date. Items must be returned in their original box, in substantially a brand new and unused condition, with all their original packaging, and components. Shipping and handling are NOT refundable. An appropriate charge will be assessed for missing or damaged parts. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to ProCAT. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all custom carrying cases, ProCAT Impression, ProCAT Xpression, and ProCAT Blaze purchases. Training and dictionary conversion fees are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all refused or unclaimed shipments.
